His Story

A life shaped by the King

Matthias Truttmann was born in the Swiss Alps and grew up in a home where faith and hospitality were woven into the rhythm of every day. From a young age, he was drawn to the wide world beyond the mountains — and to the simple, unshakable truth that the gospel was meant for all of it.

After years of serving local churches across Switzerland and Germany, Matthias began traveling more widely, sharing about the King and His Kingdom with congregations, conferences, and gatherings throughout Europe. What started as a handful of invitations grew into a full calling: to encourage the church to live awake, generous, and unafraid.

Alongside his speaking, Matthias works as a consultant with ministry leaders, helping them clarify vision, build healthy teams, and steward what they've been given. He believes the work of the Kingdom is profoundly practical — that prayer and strategy, worship and wisdom, belong in the same conversation.

He and his wife Ruth share a home filled with open doors, long dinners, and the steady soundtrack of friends from every corner of the continent. Together, they've made hospitality their second vocation — a quiet protest against a hurried world.

Whether on a stage, around a table, or hiking the trails near home, Matthias's invitation is the same: come and see what the King is doing, and find your place in His story.

The Kingdom of God is not a distant promise to be admired from afar. It is a present invitation — to live fully alive, walking in signs and wonders, and seeing His impossibilities in our everyday life.

MINISTRY MINDSET

His Presence Changes Everything

Matthias ministers because he has seen what happens when people truly encounter the King — not as a distant figure, but as a present Father who rewrites the story of their lives. He believes the church was never meant to be a building or a program, but a living, breathing family that carries hope into every corner of society.

His calling is to stir up faith, to remind believers that the Kingdom of God is not reserved for another age or another place. It is breaking in here and now — in boardrooms and living rooms, in mountain villages and capital cities. Wherever people gather, there is an open door for the gospel to transform, heal, and send.

Matthias believes the best days of the church in Europe are not behind us. With humility and boldness, he carries a vision for a generation that will live awake, love without limits, and step into the rooms God is opening — unafraid and fully alive.
